1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and eo333 (hereinafter "eo333", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the eo333 online gaming platform available at https://eo333.app and all associated sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and services.

3 Account Registration

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or mobile wallet provider in relation to an eo333 deposit constitutes a breach of these Terms. eo333 reserves the right to close the account, withhold any outstanding balance, and pursue recovery of the reversed amount through legal means if necessary.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

eo333 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on each individual offer page, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific offer's terms and these general Terms, the specific offer's terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise

6 User Obligations

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your eo333 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Any bonus funds held in your account at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited.

Self-Exclusion: eo333 provides a self-exclusion tool within the account dashboard that allows players to exclude themselves from the platform for defined periods: 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanently. 8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eo333 shall not be liable for:

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless eo333 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the platform, or any third-party claim arising from your conduct on eo333.
